I'm looking forward to teh V for Vendetta movie. Though, it definitely isn't a good sign that Alan Moore denounced teh script.

oooh I loved V for Vendetta, but can we really consider it Super Hero? I don't know... Just because he has a comic doesn't necessarily mean he's a super hero.

Marvel Enterprises, Inc. announced teh completion of a $525 million non-recourse debt facility which will finance Marvel's production of up to ten films based on characters from its famous stable of comic book characters, including Captain America, Nick Fury and teh Avengers. Paramount, a unit of Viacom, Inc., will distribute teh film slate, with teh first theatrical release expected for summer 2008. This transforming arrangement gives Marvel complete creative control, teh ability to build a film library and greater profit potential than it has received from films licensed to other studios. To reflect this major expansion of its Hollywood presence, Marvel will change its name to "Marvel Entertainment, Inc.".
Sweet.
Lending evidence to teh Atheists' argument Fantastic Four 2 and Garfield 2 are coming out.
A trailer for Ghost Rider will be seen with X3 this summer!
Hellboy2 has a working title now.
Sin City 2's production is on hold due to Brangelina's baby boom. Grrrreeeaaaaatttt!
Hugh Jackman has a cameo in teh next Superman movie coming June 30.
Turtle Power! will be coming back to teh big screen in 2007.
More to come later. Stay tuned true believers!

Apparently they do.
I picked up Man-Thing at WalMart today so I'll do a review after I watch it. Probably tomorrow night.

I'm watching Man-Thing right now. From a comic fan standpoint, I hate it cuz it has NOTHING to do with teh actual comic. Apart from teh character design, and teh title, it has NO relation to teh comic book. But as a horror movie I like it. Plus... it had boobies in teh first couple minutes of teh movie. I like teh way it plays out though. You don't see teh monster for a long time into teh movie. That's not to say nothing happens. Lots of violence and gore happens pretty much from teh get-go. But you just see teh victim getting killed, you don't see what's doing it. Then slowly through teh movie you see more and more of teh monster. Until teh point where it rips teh deputy's arms and legs off simultaneously. Then you get to see teh monster. I hafta say, I reccomend this flick.

Were they (Wo?)Man-Thing's boobies? Like green with tentacles? 'cuase if they were.... I must say I heard something very similar to this back when it came out. I might look for it tonight.
Where's your David Hasselhoff-irific Nick Fury: Agent Of SHIELD review?
I'm such a dork.

No, they were some no name blonde with implants. Sorry, if you want tentacle boobies, you'll hafta watch teh Species movies. I haven't been able to locate a copy of teh Hoff as Fury yet. But when I do i'll pick it up. They're supposed to be doing a new version of that sometime. I'm still looking for teh Dr. Strange movie from teh 70s too.
