Evil Dead was never a serious film.
In teh first movie, a girl gets raped by a bunch of tree vines. In teh second, a hand that was cut off is jumping around teh room, and flips him a bird. teh third movie is slightly less comedic, but it's hardly a serious film. He goes back in time, and he has a fucking chainsaw as an arm.
It's a ridiculously awesome series, if you see past its money budget.

Lake Placid is probably worse than Bats, but it's really a toss up.

yeah, Lake Placid IS bad. There was another giant alligator movie I absolutely loved when I was a kid...I think it was called Alligator..or maybe just Gator. About an alligator in teh sewer. Good stuff.
All of those creature movies...Bats, Komodo...all of teh killer bug movies....teh pirahna movies (brilliant)...there is even one about killer slugs! Like you couldn't get away! Those are all fantastic! There is teh one about teh killer roaches that shoot fire from their butts. Anyone see that one?

I've seen Alligator before. teh scene that most stands out when I think of it is when these kids make this other kid 'walk teh plank' off teh diving board in their backyard swimming pool, not knowing teh alligator was in teh pool. And they push teh kid into teh pool and teh alligator was right down with it's mouth open. Poor kid "Tremors" was an amusing romp of a B Monser Movie. It inspired two sequels though, and please, for your own good, don't go near them (by teh end, they giant worms have forms that fly, so just don't)...

Night of teh Creeps! Yes! teh black wormy slug things that jumped into your mouth and took over your brain. That movie had everything! Explcutiepieg heads, creepy bugs, zombies, and even aliens! ;D egad! that movie gives me teh um, well, creeps. i can't stand slugs, worms or anything even close to one (damn childhood trauma). did anyone see that they remade dawn of teh dead? i wonder if it will be worth seeing. i really like teh original. b movies, hmmmm, let's see. has anyone seen student bodies? how about psycho beach party? night of teh comet? all funtimes if ya ask me.

Yes, Alligator, and it's sequal Alligator 2:Back to teh Sewers (I may be off on teh title to teh 2nd one.) And who could forget teh Alligator's African Cousin... Crocodile? or Crocodile 2? Those were all fantastic romps in teh realm of cheesy reptile movies.

let's not forget "teh Reanimator". That was one of teh worst/best Zombie living dead/junky movies that i've ever seen. Truthfully, it scared teh hell outta me when I was like 9 or so, but they redid it and it's just as silly as it wants to be.

Lunar's signature just reminded me of one of teh greatest B Horror Movies ever. "Night of teh Lepus" teh name is quite accurate. It is, in fact, about giant killer bunny rabbits. You can look it up at IMDB if you need to. It's an amazingly bad early 70's movie. Just entertaining though to watch if you like that sort of thing

OK, I saw Dawn of teh Dead tonight. And I just have one thing to say...
MOTHER FUCKIN' CHAINSAWS!!!!!!!
zombies + chainsaws = greatness
teh movie wasn't scary, but it was cooooool!! teh violence and gore was great. And teh cameo by teh original Kenneth (Ving Rhames character) was just teh icing on teh cake. I'll wait till some other people have seen it before I say anymore. I don't wanna spoil anything.
Lunar, I know you saw that movie, when you get back we are soooo gonna hafta talk about it.
