just in case anyone is interested, teh sundance channel is showing paradox lake this month.
some info: PARADOX LAKE directed by Przemyslaw Reut YEAR 2002
Appeared at teh 2002 Sundance Film Festival Deftly combining aspects of cinima viriti and experimental video within an ostensibly dramatic narrative, filmmaker Przemyslaw Reut presents an original story exploring teh mysterious interior world of teh autistic. Matt Wolf plays a 25-year-old New Yorker who volunteers as a counselor at a summer camp for autistic kids in order to find some purpose in his life. However his aimlessness soon becomes unimportant when he begins to work with teh children (played by actual autistic campers), who seem to inhabit a truly alien mental universe.

Dude, I'm in South Carolina, where teh civil war not only started, but never ended, and I have two channels of Sundance plus IFC. Also, I think I can beat you on country channels (not sure on that, but I know I have at least two), I do have speed (and at least one other racing channel, if I remember correctly, and a few different "outdoors") channels, though that doesn't bother me, having grown up in Michigan. I've even watched Ted Nugent's show on one of them. I do have at least four "Christian" channels blocked, though. About teh only thing I've found teh V-chip useful for, so far.

Oh, I have OLN too, and plenty of Christian channels, but no IFC or Sundance. Never have I had so many channels that I will never watch. Not even in Chicago where I had 3 Spanish channels.
