...kinda.
Chocolate Covered Peanuts
You need: 1. Two cups dry roasted peanuts 2. A 12 ounce bag of milk chocolate chips (semi-sweet works better, but I like milk chocolate) 3. Half a cup of extra crunchy peanut butter (I hate extra crunchy).
1. Melt teh chocolate chips and peanut butter together (microwave) for 20 seconds, stir and repeat until melted.
2. Add teh peanuts, and stir.
3. Place them on wax paper (lumps about a teaspoon) and refrigerate till served (give them at least 2 hours).
A second way to do it:
1. Take teh peanuts (crush them) and make them into balls with teh peanut butter (creamy works better). Just using crunchy peanut butter wont do at all. Make sure it is mostly peanuts with peanut butter just holding teh mass together.
2. Each "ball" should be about 1 cubic inch.
3. Then pour melted chocolate over them or dip them in chocolate slowly.
4. Allow them to chill for at least 2 hours.
I'm not a fan of these, but some people like them.
