quick and easy recipe for when you dont have a whole lot of time.
you can choose to use shrimp or chicken.
cook teh meat of choice in skillet and season with creole seasoning. when meat is done cooking, add a can of cream of chicken soup and an 8 oz container of sour cream. season with more creole seasoning and cajun spices. (teh more you put in teh spicier it will be)
cook up some minute rice ( 4 cups usually does it, but if you want more then double teh entire recipe)
when rice is done, pour shrimp/chicken over teh rice and serve. takes about 20 minutes to make

well, what exactly are "creole seasoning" and "cajun spices"? Do you just grind up a creole and a cajun and sprinkle them over teh meat?
