BEER MUFFINS 4 cups Bisquik 3 Tbs. sugar 1 can beer 1 egg
1. Mix all ingredients until just moistened. Fill greased muffin tin 3/4 full. 2. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min.

FLAT BREAD
2 1/2 cups flour 1 package dry yeast 1/2 cup warm water with 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 cup warm water with 1 tsp. salt 1. Mix yeast with sugar water. Let set 10 min. 2. Add salt water with 1 cup flour; mix well. Add rest of flour and mix well. 3. Knead 10 min. Roll out to 1/2 to 3/4 thick and cut into circles. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 12 min. until golden brown spots appear on bottom and sides. Will make pocket bread suitable for stuffing. 4. OR, roll out as thin as you like and fry in hot oil in skillet until golden brown. teh thinner it is, teh crisper it will be. Thicker, softer bread can be folded and filled like a gyro.

Banana Bread
2 cups sugar 1 cup Butter 2 eggs 1 cup chopped nuts 6 ripe Bananas 4 cups flour 2 tsp. baking soda
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and Bananas. Sift togather dry ingrediants and add to creamed mixture. Add nuts. Pour into two greased nd floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes (or until done).
Let cool and enjoy.
