If you like buffalo wings, and you like pork chops, then try this. this is my favorite way to prepare pork chops.
I use teh boneless chops, for this recipe.
ingredients: pork chops salt pepper garlic powder hot sauce
Thaw teh pork chops (duh!), and coat them with salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste. place them in a frying pan, and pour in hot sauce until teh chops are 3/4 submerged. Cook on medium heat until pork chops are done (white in teh center). Serve em up, and pour some of teh hot sauce over teh top, if'n you like it real spicy.

okies, here's my recipe for ribs. i don't use bbq sauce because i just like teh taste of teh dry rub on teh ribs buuuuut you can use bbq sauce if you like.
dry rub:
4 teaspoons paprika 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons onion powder 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper 1 teaspoons cayenne 1/2 cup brown sugar 3/4 tablespoon garlic powder
what else you'll need:
green pepper [cut into slices] red pepper [cut into slices] yellow pepper [cut into slices] one onion [coarsely chopped] one bulb of garlic [chopped, not minced] rack of ribs, cracked with membrane removed one or two jalepeno peppers [cut into medium size chunks] aluminum foil
mix teh dry rub ingredients together and rub your ribs. really rub it in there. massage teh ribs with it. put teh peppers, onion, garlic and jalepenos on top of teh ribs and wrap them up in teh foil. refridgerate them over night.
when you are ready to make your ribs, take them outta teh refridgerator and let them come to room temperature (this part is really important! if you put them in cold it will make them tough!). preheat your oven to 275. once your ribs are at room temperature, put them in teh oven and let them cook for about 4 to 6 hours, depending on teh size of your rack.
teh meat will just fall off teh bone and they'll be loooooooaded with flavor. if you really wanna add bbq sauce, about thirty minutes before your ribs are done, take them outta teh foil, brush them with sauce and place them back in teh oven to bake teh sauce on.
i prefer mine without sauce. teh rub is fantastic and teh peppers, onions and garlic really give them a great flavor. teh jalepenos add a nice kick.
enjoy!
