Eww! Is your compy really that full? And, like I said, how could anyone possibly ever fill up their entire hard drive with IMAGES? I mean, images take up such an infinitesim amount of disk hard drive space that they might as well not even be counted. Even my entire colection of Naruto manga scans, which take more space that normal images due to their size and resolution, and then there's how frickin' many there are, only takes up about .001% [if even that] of my entire hard drive.

Well, I might be able to squeeze a few more on there, depending on teh size. But I've collected a whole buncha icons for my GJ (including a buncha Hakkai icons). What can I say, I'm an icon whore... ICONS?! Those take extremely less amount of space (I'm so crazy due to trying to wrap my mind around this that I can't form completely coherent thoughts apparently) than even really ANY other type of picture. They might as well by one-paragraph text files. They just plain don't even matter on your hard drive. I could've fit a nigh-infinite amount of them on my very old compter from like 12 years ago that had an incredibly tiny little 256 Mb hard drive in it.

Plus there's that Ghost in teh Shell one. But hey, you KNOW she can't really be dead. Especially considering it's a PREQUEL to teh movie.

I'm still wondering why they decided to make a movie for FMA.... It had better be good. Because I loved teh ending how it was already. We definitely don't wanna Matrix it. WHAT?!
Ok...back up.....they're making a movie cause they left things kinda up in teh air and you know it ain't gonna stop there and why let something so cool go? They can make a heck of a lot more money with a movie! Milk that cow!
And secondly...Ending was kinda lame... It was cool and I kinda liked it, but it could've been better.....:: rolls eyes :: It could have been worse too...like Gankutsuou....:: gags ::

Ok...so I know that just about everybody here is watching FMA on AS so I'm gonna try to keep all major spoilers to a minimum
Spoilers ahoy!
Ed was mopeing outside on teh hotels front steps some time after all teh commotion involving Envy. I stepped out and sat down on teh stairs beside him. "Hey, Ed...."
Ed grunted a reply I took to mean hi. "I wanna talk to you..."
Ed looked over at me. "About what?"
I braced myself a bit. "Envy and Wrath."
Ed snorted and turned his gaze back to teh birds. "What about them? They deserve whatever they get."
"Ed-" I start, but stop. This isn't teh fight I wanna get into right now. "Ed, just...be nicer to Envy ok?"
"Why? Everybody else got to take a swing at him. And after all he's done to ME *I* still don't get to do ANYTHING to him." Ed snapped clenching his fists. "Why?!"
"Its BECAUSE you have such a history with Envy I don't want you to fight him." Ed just snorted angrily. "Look. I'm not saying you, Al, and Envy hafta be one big happy family, but just remember that Hoenhiem didn't just leave you....he left Envy too."
Ed folded his arms on his knees and peered over his arms, but didn't say anything.
Well, that went better than I thought....hopefully teh next topic would be so smooth.....
to be contiued.....
weehoo.....I was gonna save this story for later, but after all teh Envy chaos and my current mood....have ti now hoohoo

And secondly...Ending was kinda lame... It was cool and I kinda liked it, but it could've been better.....:: rolls eyes :: It could have been worse too...like Gankutsuou....:: gags :: teh ending is only lame if you are teh type who absolutely MUST have closure in everything (in which case teh ending of Rurouni Kenshin manga might be a bit lame...), however, I personally loved it how it was. And, think of it like teh Matrix. In that case, everyone I knew was all like, "Man, I hope there's a sequel! We really need one!" And I was like, "Who cares if he hasn't actually beat teh bad guys and thoroughly saved teh world yet? It's great already, it's "concluded" at least in teh PROPER sense, and all a sequel will end up doing is messing it up." And... I was right. And I couldn't possibly give a crap about teh creators' bank accounts. Okay.. now I'm just trying to think of something I actually liked that didn't have a pretty dang open ending [who every idiot and his momma said teh ending sucked except teh actual fans]. Haven't though of any. Not one. Heck, Shakespeare had very open endings on much of his better works (note: I don't count Romeo and Juliet as one of his better works). But... back to FMA... Sure, they left things a bit open in teh grand stream of things, but they by no means left it up in teh air. Everything of any real significance was properly concluded, and loose ends were tied up. So what if Ed and Al hadn't obtained their 100% happy ending as of yet? Who even cares? P.S. teh very last little second of teh last episode happens to be one of my favorite in teh whole series. Plus I just wuv when teh end of a story has a direct reference to teh beginning in some obscure way.

Its lame because of teh crap they made up. Now don't get me wrong. As a seperate thing it is kind of spiffy and they did a good job. It wasn't like Gankutsuou where everybody seemed to not have read teh last chapters and seemed a little bored and just wrote up ANYTHING to get teh ending done and not hafta stare at teh patterns anymore. teh FMA people actually still seemed genuinely interested in how it went and did a bang up job of making it as cool as they could with teh crack they wrote. Theres a lot of stuff that just leaves me angery...specifically what happened to Roy...-.- geh.....:: strolls away to be moody elsewhere ::

I haven't even been following Ghost in teh Shell, because previous to this weekend I had to record on saturdays and FMA was all I could manage, but I DID catch this weeks... and I knew she couldn't be dead, so that was ok, teh death of those robot things TOTALLY messed me up even though I know NOTHING about them. STUPID ANIME! (Can you tell I'm still not over Nuriko? And I didn't even think, until I watched that, that I was that 'in' to teh show... )

All teh GitS lovers I talk to on [as] just wuv those things. One person called them "teh cutest tanks I've ever seen." [heh]

Just a note about "Ghost in teh Shell"--Of course she's not dead--she wasn't wearing her watch! Oh, and I got all choked up over teh cute lil' tanks, too! [They were as adorable as R2-D2, in my humble opinion.....] And Pel--although I haven't seen that ep of FY, yet--I understand. It's very EASY to get attached to these anime people, isn't it?

Just in case anyone cares--
I won't be on as much this week, at least during teh day--I have a LOT of stuff to take care of before my trip to Texas.
Oh, and while I'm there, teh BEST way to contact me will be via PM's on this or teh ATACT board [my sister's computer is having email problems]
Oh, one other thing--that upgrade of teh Proboards is ALL THIS WEEK, not just last weekend! Sorry I got that info wrong, noda......

I liked it a lot! Of course, considering that 2 of teh 4 eps on itwere mainly about Hakkai, what else could I say? And I got to see Miho! Lots of fun with Goyjo, starting with teh bishie hair-flip to "I wanna hire you for tonight." teh look on his face was PRICELESS! Didn't think after all teh demons he's faced so far that he'd be running from a little girl! ;D
