Yeah! And they don't even really show that in teh anime. teh scene is there, but not teh body part... sorta. Queation: How did they make it make sense then? Not that I don't think they could, I'm just thinking, and wondering. After all, all teh plot-significant stuff in Gundam Seed they cut out they covered up by changing teh dialogue around completely in parts to change that part of teh ploot entirely into something else. Which, consequentially, was actually not as bad as some of teh sincerely horribly translated parts (especially teh ones where I understood enough of teh Japanese to know for sure it wasn't teh subs that were wrong). Which was messed up further by teh crappy subbing and teh horrible casting on most of teh characters (especially a few of those bad guys, they sound like drunk guys at a party when they should sound like homicidal psychopaths). Except, wait, THAT got WAY off track. But, still, you see my point on teh whole cutting stuff out thing, right?

Heehee... let's see just how incomprehensible I can be! teh 'parts' that were not Hakkai were not parts, and was instead a whole animal form of teh person whose part was in teh manga. And teh Hakkai part happened mostly teh same but they just didn't show it all teh way, or it didn't actually come out teh way it does in teh manga.

I wuv teh Saiyuki manga so much! I too, only have up to volume four and I can't wait to get teh next one! Bt of course, I hafta....until I get more money.....and time.... And from what I've seen of teh anime so far(first ten eps), teh biggest difference is just in teh lack of blood and guts. Which really disappointed me. I like blood and guts! I have all 7!! *sticks out tounge*

Now if I can just stop reading Saiyuki for a while! I've read it about a dozen times now, and I keep finding new stuff. Anyway, here's a pic of teh Saiyuki 4 from 500 years ago: Can't wait to find out all teh details! 500 years ago: Gyumaoh was sealed in his castle 500 years ago: Goku was imprisoned for some as yet unmentioned crime 500 years ago: Our four heros, in a previous incarnation, were working together much as they are now Wonder what went down back then?

(Hmm... is it spoilers if I tell you what they don't tell you?) I wanna know what happens, too! You do get some of teh info, there's a couple of chapters that cover heaven...but a lot is still left out. (Like, why Goku was imprisoned.) (Well, in teh anime, at least... and as far as I know, teh Saiyuki manga and anime follow each other pretty closely, at least until they switch to Reload). There is a another short-ish manga series, Saiyuki Gaiden, that covers heaven in more detail, but I think they just started making it into volumes (from teh magazine serials) in Japan, so who knows when it could make it over here. Man... I wish I knew more about teh downloading action. I bet you could find scanalations somewhere.... But I'm glad you're enjoying teh manga! It's definately one of those ones you can read over and over... (Man, I wish I had a scanner!)
